SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times vary based on inventory availability, shown on product pages. Some items are made to order and can take up to two weeks to make. Allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Local Pickup
Free local pick up is offered in Nehalem, Oregon. When you check out, select the local pick up option. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get an email with pickup instructions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sweetheart wheel is a one woman studio, focusing on handmade and small batch products. All handmade items are final sale once shipped. Please remember that each product may have a degree of uniqueness that you wouldn’t find in mass produced pottery.

Custom and made to order items are not returnable.

Damaged Goods
We package our products with care but if your item is broken in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and email them to sweetheartwheel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges:
Replacement for items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email Sweetheartwheel@gmail.com
